The Young Leadership and Executive Springboard

The Young Executive and Leadership Springboard is an online group mentoring programme that targets younger and rising leaders between the age of 18 – 31 years.

Through this programme, TheMotherEagle gathers younger people who are on their way up the support and insights you need as a young person to identify purpose, find clarity, identify and maximize strengths and subsequently build influence.

Participants will acquire the mental positioning and learn to gain more power, impact, leadership strength and authority.
